What I do?
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in Coral Gables, Florida. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I view therapy as a collaborative process and offer a non-judgmental space where individual differences are valued and respected. I work with individuals and couples to help build an understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to gain insight on both current and past experiences. This exploration helps develop emotional resources, alter unhealthy patterns, and increase feelings of self-acceptance and growth. Over time, this provides an opportunity to learn new ways to approach problems and view them through a new lens.

We all experience times when we feel overwhelmed, exhausted, unsatisfied and/or disconnected. And it is okay to reach out and get additional help and support.
I help individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, career dissatisfaction, marital and premarital conflict, problems of self-esteem, recovery from trauma, as well as the LGBTQ+ population.
My office is located near University of Miami’s Coral Gables campus. Other nearby areas include Brickell, Coconut Grove, and South Miami.
